The real problem

Google can look efficient while branded search, weak match types and low-value conversions hide the real acquisition cost.

01

Separate brand capture from new demand

02

Import qualified and offline conversions

03

Control queries, negatives and PMax overlap

04

Report spend through to pipeline

What I manage

One accountable operator from diagnosis to weekly decisions.

Choose your engagement

Ongoing ownership.
Or a clear second opinion.

Keep the scope matched to the job: manage the account, improve your ecommerce product advertising, or support the team already running it.

Google Shopping & Feed Management

Connect product data
to buying decisions.

For ecommerce stores selling into the US, UK and EU. Thomas Ho scopes feed repair and ongoing campaign work around your catalogue, access and trading priorities.

What the engagement covers

  • Diagnose: Merchant Center issues, product eligibility, titles, identifiers, price and availability mismatches, and purchase measurement.
  • Prioritise: group products using margin, stock and business goals; distinguish brand demand from acquisition where reporting allows.
  • Implement: agreed feed corrections and Shopping / Performance Max structure, with platform or developer dependencies documented.
  • Manage: recurring feed health, product coverage, spend allocation and test decisions against store-confirmed outcomes.

Your handover and review record

A feed issue register, product-priority map, implementation log and recurring decision report. Each recommendation records its evidence, owner and next check.

Pricing is scoped to catalogue complexity, markets and management needs. Store development and measurement integrations are separate where required. Merchant Center approval and profitability are not guaranteed.

Google Ads Consulting / Account Second Opinion

Keep your operator.
Get a clearer plan.

A scoped advisory engagement for a founder, in-house marketer or existing account team facing a specific decision.

What you receive

  • An access and evidence brief tied to your question.
  • A review of account structure, conversion signals, queries, budgets and relevant landing paths.
  • Priorities ranked by commercial impact, confidence and effort.
  • A testing plan with an owner, success criterion and review window for each action.
  • A walkthrough and written handover for the team implementing the plan.

Good starting questions include whether to restructure PMax, why lead volume fails to become pipeline, or what to fix before increasing spend.

This is paid advisory work, quoted to scope. Day-to-day management and implementation are excluded unless agreed separately. It differs from the free introductory account audit and the fixed Budget Recovery Sprint, which includes its defined implementation scope.

Scope and fit

Start with the work you need.

Can you manage the feed without managing the whole account?

Yes, if access, ownership and the required changes can be clearly separated. We agree which feed source can be edited, who owns store changes and how your ads operator receives the handover.

Do I need a minimum ad budget for consulting or Shopping help?

These engagements are scoped by the work, catalogue and decision involved. The free existing-account audit has its own qualification rules; those rules do not define eligibility for a paid project or new campaign setup.

What should I send first?

For Shopping, share the store URL, main markets, approximate catalogue size and current problem. For consulting, share the decision, current team setup and desired outcome. Do not include credentials or customer-level exports in the enquiry form.

Choose the right starting point

Ongoing management is scoped to the work—not a spend gate.

Ads management is for e-commerce and lead-generation teams that want one operator to own campaign, creative, budget and measurement decisions. Share the account you are running, the commercial outcome that matters and the constraint you need to solve; scope depends on the work required, not an audit qualification rule.
