Editorial & evidence policy

Trust requires showing what the evidence can—and cannot—prove.

This page explains how I document experience, publish anonymised client work, use external sources and review AI-assisted material across ThomPerformance.

01

First-hand experience

I identify the work I performed: diagnosis, campaign management, measurement, creative direction, conversion work or reporting. Where a result came from team or employer work, I say so and do not claim sole attribution.

02

Dashboard evidence

Platform screenshots are shown with the platform, selected date range and metric definition visible where practical. Client and campaign identities may be removed for confidentiality. A screenshot verifies the recorded account state; it does not isolate every cause.

03

Claims and rounding

Figures are reproduced as captured or clearly marked as approximate. I do not combine currencies, attribution windows or unlike conversion actions into one blended performance claim. Past performance is never presented as a guarantee.

04

Sources and updates

Technical guidance prioritises official platform documentation and names external sources near the relevant claim. Articles carry an author and update date. Material changes to platform behaviour should trigger a content review.

05

AI-assisted work

AI may accelerate research synthesis, structure, analysis and editing. Thomas remains responsible for the final judgment, factual review, client confidentiality and published recommendation. AI output is not treated as a source.

06

Corrections

If you find an unsupported claim, outdated platform detail or attribution error, email xuantruong4647@gmail.com. Material corrections are made directly rather than hidden behind cosmetic wording.

What I deliberately avoid

No invented testimonials. No borrowed logos. No guaranteed outcomes.

Free 48-hour audit

Judge the work from its context, not the size of the headline.

Share your account context and bottleneck. I’ll identify the three highest-impact opportunities—without a sales deck.
