Measurement repair · US, UK & EU
Missing purchases, duplicate leads or reports that disagree? Thomas Ho audits your GA4, Google Tag Manager and ad-platform conversion setup, implements the agreed repairs and hands over evidence of what works—and what still needs attention.
Inside the work
An account record to inspect, then reconcile with orders, event definitions and attribution settings.
Source note This is an existing reporting snapshot, not before-and-after proof of a tracking repair. Exact reconciliation requires the underlying records.

Who this is for
A standalone project for founders and marketing teams. You can keep your current ads operator.
You have orders, but cannot explain the purchase signal.
You need real enquiries separated from low-value interactions.
Trace the agreed conversion from the website action to its reporting destination. Decide what needs fixing before adding tags.
Implement the approved repair plan, with a change log and rollback notes. Dependencies requiring another team are made explicit.
Check the success path, failed submissions and repeat visits. Separate observed test results from reporting that still needs time or real customer activity.
Example handover · illustrative
Example issue: a thank-you reload sends the same enquiry event again.
Agreed change: send the lead event after a successfully saved enquiry and deduplicate using its receipt.
Acceptance check: successful save sends one event; validation failure and reload send none. Confirm collection in the authorised reporting destination.
This is an illustrative acceptance record, not a client result. Your actual evidence pack reflects your stack and agreed scope.
How ThomPerformance handles evidencePrepare your measurement review
Start with the resource that matches the problem. These guides help your team investigate independently and make a scoped repair brief more useful.
Reconcile advertising, GA4 and store revenue
Before we start
No. This is a separately scoped measurement project with implementation and validation deliverables. The free audit diagnoses an existing ad account; the Budget Recovery Sprint addresses agreed account-level fixes. Ongoing campaign management is a separate engagement.
Yes. We can agree an audit-only scope and hand the repair plan to your team. Audit + Fix includes only the implementation work explicitly agreed before delivery; it does not cover every possible integration.
Start with your website, stack, key conversions and an example mismatch. GA4, GTM, relevant ad-platform and website access are agreed after scoping. Share access through the platforms; do not send passwords or customer records in the enquiry form.
Not necessarily. Consent, attribution windows, counting rules, time zones and reporting delays can differ. The work identifies broken measurement and documents expected differences. It does not promise perfect attribution, recovered historical data or guaranteed ad performance.
By the number of properties, platforms, conversion paths, integrations and access dependencies. You receive an agreed scope, fee and delivery plan before work begins. No existing ad spend is required; new measurement builds can be scoped too.
A recurring measurement check can be scoped separately around site releases and campaign changes. The handover includes checks your team can run; monitoring is not assumed to be included in the one-off project.
