Build from scratch

Your offer, funnel and ads.
Built to work together.

Build a marketing foundation for an e-commerce or lead generation business in the US, UK and EU, with clear responsibilities from strategy through launch.

01

Plan the commercial foundation

Agree the audience, offer, market and conversion goal before building campaigns. Define the assumptions you need to test.

  • Audience and offer research
  • Channel and funnel plan
  • Budget assumptions and success criteria
02

Build the journey and campaigns

Connect the destination, conversion action and follow-up with an initial campaign structure. Choose channels based on fit and available resources.

  • Landing page or agreed store funnel improvements
  • Campaign structure, messages and creative briefs
  • Lead routing or purchase journey checks
03

Launch with measurement

Map the agreed events, validate the conversion flow and define an initial learning plan so decisions have a usable baseline.

  • Tracking setup and event verification
  • Launch checklist and account handover
  • Initial experiment plan and reporting definitions

Before we start

Agree the scope and responsibilities.

For lead generation, agree who responds to enquiries and how lead quality reaches marketing. For e-commerce, agree product, margin, inventory and fulfilment constraints. Required creative production, store development and third-party tools are listed separately in the proposal.

Build fees, media budget and ongoing management are scoped separately. A launch does not require previous ad spend. Ongoing management is available from $1,500/month; the final scope depends on the work required.
